Awesome! I wish I could have a good BM! LOL! I did take ginger root which helped with the bloating. And yes, I do understand about certain foods. My problem way back when wasn't with your health food choices for Ethan. It was the example that needed to be set. I would see you and Jesse eat and then deny Ethan. To me, what's unhealthy for him is unhealthy for you and Jesse. Of course you do see that now as I do. We must set the example for our children in eating habits. I learned the hard way. For instance, if Daddy is drinking Sprite, then why can't Ethan? Now you and I know it is not good for anyone. So what happens when Ethan begins to realize this? This and more is what God is showing me towards my own family. As of last week I REFUSE to buy carbonated drinks. I pulled out my herb tea tonight and will begin that tomorrow. No more artificial sweeteners for me. By the way... found out that can cause bloating! Serves me right putting nasty chemicals in my body. There is a natural raw sweetener called Yacon that I will see if drug emporium has. It is organic, raw, and Kosher! LOL! I just need something for my oatmeal in the morning. I researched it and it is supposed to be the best. Ok. I am off to ramblin' again! LOL!
