Survive and Advance

Today's nearing its close. Praying tomorrow's not as rough...

Breakfast - nope
Lunch - crockpot chicken in usual salad
Supper - homemade burger - 4 oz 80/20 ground beef seasoned with Essence, about 4 oz (raw weight) mushrooms, sauteed in butter, thick slice of baby Swiss cheese, whole wheat bun, mayo. Corn w/butter. Small slice of brownie cheesecake. Yup, it's a cheat...
