Pumpkin Smashed Taters

PUMPKIN SMASHED TATERS

~2 lbs red potatoes, unpeeled, cubed
1 can pumpkin
Butter
Salt
Cream
Parsley flakes
Green onions

Boil potatoes until tender. Drain. Mash with pumpkin, butter, salt, cream and parsley. Top servings with green onions.
