Breakfast - plum - it was the size of an apple and sooo good!
Lunch - rotisserie chicken in salad w/homemade honey mustard; Ghirardelli square
Supper - Quick Mushroom Rice - added a can of water chestnuts
Dessert - bittersweet Ghirardelli w/coconut - melted a 4 oz bar, added sweetened shredded coconut, then let it set up - I ate about 3/4 of it - I ate some, put it away, then went back and ate the rest
I didn't have a sugar high after, just this intense feeling of well-being... Google the effects of dark chocolate on brain chemicals to see why this is ;)
