Breakfast - banana
Lunch - roast, beef broth, mashed cauliflower
Supper - multi-grain french bread with a light spritz of olive oil Pam
Other - 1/2 cup coffee with a bit of 1/2 and 1/2 and demarara before breakfast, raisins after church before lunch
The roast didn't sit too well today. It hasn't the past few times I've made it even though I love it :-( So that's why I only ate bread for supper. And my stomach did better after :-)
