We ate our carb meal at lunch and protein at supper because I really wanted pancakes this morning! Actually, I wanted cinnamon rolls but made Cinnamon Roll Pancakes instead. I ended up getting hungry and shaky before supper was ready though.
Breakfast - 1/2 cup coffee w/usual; diluted juice
Lunch - Cinnamon Roll Pancakes
Supper - roasted chicken breast in usual salad
