We ended up picking up supper tonight but I made fairly smart choices!
Breakfast - dilute juice
Lunch - sirloin in usual salad; Ghirardelli square
Before supper - chips
Supper - Chili's - black bean burger on wheat bun w/avocado, lettuce, tomato, onion, little mayo and mustard; fries w/ketchup; broccoli/carrots; chocolate cobbler
