...But no cheating :) I ran some errands, came home, ate lunch, went back out, and got home at suppertime.
Breakfast - dilute juice
Lunch - tuna salad salad; Ghirardelli square
Supper - veggie sandwich w/chips - multi-grain french bread, honey mustard, cherry tomato slices, Romaine, bell pepper, and avocado w/plain Zapp's (potatoes, oil, salt); 2 cookies
