I didn't do any of my check-ins the past couple days. Suffice it to say it's been a really rough time emotionally and I just needed to take a cyber-break...
Breakfast - nothing (we were going to do an early lunch but that didn't happen)
Lunch - plate lunch out - shrimp stew w/white rice; Cal veggies (with butter or something like it); few bites each of bread pudding and cheesecake
Before supper - piece of french bread (wasn't gonna be home for about 20 mins and I was hungry and it was in the car)
Supper - can of asparagus; french bread w/butter and salt; piece of coffeecake (Bisquick recipe w/bittersweet chocolate chips)
