Healthy Cheat

It was chilly and damp this morning and the boys and I were out in it. We got back at lunchtime and I really wanted something hot and hearty!

Breakfast - nothing :( (was in a hurry to get somewhere at a certain time and forgot)
Lunch - Greek rice and gravy (93/7 ground beef seasoned w/Greek seasoning, brown rice, gravy - (no MSG) beef stock thickened w/dry roux); 2 Ghirardelli squares w/PB and sea salt
Supper - can of peas w/butter; brownies
