Thursday

Breakfast - tuna/Alfredo/peas

Lunch - leg quarters/onion gravy (beef broth with a little roux, diced onions) over rice; small piece cake

Supper - grilled chicken/rice/cream cheese

Dessert - No Ice Cream Banana Split

Other - 1/2 cup coffee w/Demarara and cream (sipped throughout day)
