Lunch - baked chicken thigh; green beans w/OO and Essence; Ghirardelli square
Later 1/2 cup decaf coffee w/usual
Before supper - 1/2 big roll
Supper - seafood gumbo (shrimp, crab, lots of okra/bell peppers/celery/green onions) w/brown rice
