Lunch - fresh chicken sausage (dark meat, w/feta and spinach); lemon linguine; romaine w/Caesar dressing; chocolate meringue pie
Snack (before workout) - Colby-Jack; granola bar
Supper - grilled cheese (white bread, RF cheddar, butter); tomato; mint Oreos
