I made it back to the gym today :)

Food journal

Breakfast - cottage cheese w/peaches

1/2 cup coffee w/the usual

Lunch - rotisserie chicken breast; roasted red pepper hummus; blue corn tortilla chips; small piece cake

Supper - tuna/peas/rice with a little mixed shredded cheese and cream; Ghirardelli square
