Breakfast - chicken/rice/butter/parsley

1/2 cup coffee w/the usual

Lunch - brisket sandwich (brisket w/same sauce as yesterday on bun); Ghirardelli dark caramel square

Supper - grilled chicken breast; sweet potatoes (canned w/butter and salt); bittersweet chocolate chips
