It seems like every time I get going with C25k something happens! This time it was a big, bad hurricane by the name of Isaac :p I took last week off from working out for hurricane prep and the actual storm, which, thankfully, we didn't get much of!
This week I started homeschooling for the first time and it's become apparent I need to tweak my schedule a bit to get my workouts in. So I'll probably repeat my W1 workouts whenever I can get them in this week, then start with W2 next week.
I AM DETERMINED!!!
