I change up the way I do the soup every time. It always starts with organic veggie broth. I go around the store and see what looks good. I did mostly organic today since I'm only doing a 2-day. I want my body to be able to concentrate on the flush instead of fighting toxins. This is what I did today:
VEGGIE SOUP FOR FLUSH
32 oz veggie broth (organic)
5 oz frozen broccoli (organic)
5 oz frozen multicolor bell peppers (organic)
5 oz frozen mushrooms (variety) (organic)
5 oz frozen butternut squash
2 green onions, chopped
1 celery rib, chopped
Seasonings - Essense, parsley, fennel seeds
Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer.
