I used up a lot of the produce I still had in the fridge today. Stir-fry is good for that ;) And I wanted everything chopped fine - perfect job for my 7-cup Cuisinart!
Breakfast - juice (mixed berry)
Lunch - chicken breast in usual salad; Ghirardelli square
Supper - stir-fry (carrots, celery, onions, bell pepper, green onions, water chestnuts, reduced-sodium soy sauce, garlic powder) mixed w/brown rice (>50% veggie mixture); leftover pancakes w/bittersweet chocolate chips and Reddi-wip
