Today's Food
Breakfast - 1/2 cup coffee w/usual; apple later; few sips of dilute apple cider later Lunch - Italian buffet; 1/2 cup coffee w/sugar and half and half Supper - small piece of french bread w/little butter and salt; Ghirardelli square (wasn't hungry)
