"Usual"

So what does it mean?

Usual coffee - w/Stevia and 1-2 tbsp heavy cream

Usual salad = a whole organic Romaine heart (approx 4 oz) w/homemade honey mustard dressing

Ghirardelli square - individually wrapped square of 72% aka Intense Dark Twilight Delight - .375 oz of pure satisfaction ;-)

Pancakes - made from homemade 100% whole grain mix - if chocolate, 60% Ghirardelli bittersweet chocolate chips or bar (Intense Dark Evening Dream I think), chopped

French bread - multigrain (approx 50/50 unbleached white flour and whole wheat flour)
