I came up with something new at supper tonight and it was yummy!
Breakfast - banana
Lunch - ground beef (seasoned w/Essence, garlic powder, onion powder) in Romaine salad w/homemade honey mustard; Ghirardelli square
Snack - chocolate chip pancakes (my recipe)
Supper - Creamy Three-Pepper Pasta; bittersweet truffle
