It was another busy afternoon and evening and night! Brought Mom to an appointment then picked up supper for Ethan and me then went to another marriage seminar. We didn't get home till late and I'm pooped! But I can tell my iron is getting better - I'm tired but it's not that bone-tired exhaustion I get from the anemia.
Breakfast - banana
Lunch - usual w/chicken breast cooked in olive oil
Snack - small fries from McDonald's
Supper - Chili's - black bean burger with lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard and avocado, fries and ketchup. I had planned on eating the leftover broccoli too but was too full!
Other - piece of carrot cake at the seminar
